Since 1990 Vicki has been developing e-learning and paper-based courses and learning materials to meet national and international standards. These resources have met the diverse needs of governments, industry and individuals in Australia, USA, Canada, Kuwait and Timor-Leste. Vicki has created learning environments and materials for a variety of audiences including post-conflict capacity building projects, corporate organisations going through change, disadvantaged groups, and disenfranchised groups.  Vicki specialises in needs analysis, learning strategies, course and courseware development and teacher/trainer upskilling. As a life long learner Vicki is currently a PhD Ed (Doctoral Candidate).
